What’s your refund & return policy?

As a Muslimah Artist, I’m incredibly proud of the premium quality giclée prints I create, that should last 100-200 years inshaAllah.

Prophet Muhammad   has taught me that your money is my amaanah (trust), which is why I offer a lifetime warranty on the prints.

While every print is an archival, high quality and fade-resisting print produced after purchase, if you face any issues, get in touch and I’ll replace your print, free of charge or offer you a full refund.

What if my print is damaged when received?

You will be offered a refund if you receive the wrong or damaged prints. If any of these apply, please contact me at salam@sistermoonz.com, with quality photos of wrong/damaged items and I‘ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different design? What if the item is misprinted?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges as each print is produced after purchase.  

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was misprinted. If that’s the case, please let me know at salam@sistermoonz.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and quality photos of the misprinted item, and I‘ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
